On November 20, 2008 about 9:30pm police responded to Subway

1520 Dabney Drive in reference to an armed robbery. Subject stated

that a black male armed with a gun and a green bandanna over his face

robbed the store. The black male was about 5′10″ and 140lbs wearing

a black flight jacket, white shirt and faded blue jeans. The black male

left the store with an undetermined amount of money and left on foot

running toward the old Winn Dixie. The Henderson Police Dept. needs

your help in identifying this suspect. If anyone has information on this

On December 05, 2008 about 2:40pm Henderson Police Dept. received

a call of an armed robbery just occurred at RBC Centura Bank at 1207

Dabney Drive. A black male armed with a hand gun came into the bank

and demanded money. Suspect was wearing a black mask with a hooded

sweat shirt and grey sweat pants and black tennis shoes. Subject left

in a green Honda Civic. The vehicle was found abandoned on Oakdale Cir.

stolen from Durham. The HPD needs your help in identifying this suspect.

The Henderson Police Dept. needs your help in identifying suspects
involved in several incidents of throwing rocks causing property
damage to the vehicles as they pass under bridges on I-85 at
Dabney Dr. and NC 39. The only descriptions of the suspects we
have at this time are three young black males wearing black jackets
and black pants. If anyone has informationon this call Henderson

 On September 28, 2008, at approximately 1:30 am, Henderson

Police Dept. officers were dispatched to 1436 Perry Ave in reference

to a shooting. Officers arrived on scene and found the victim, Bryan

Keith Hargrove, of 1436 Perry Ave. suffering from multiple gunshot

wounds. The Police Dept. has no suspect at this time.

Vehicle break ins are on the rise and there are a few prevention

tips you should be aware of: Don’t leave your keys in the car

EVER! Close windows and lock doors, don’t hide keys on your

car, don’t leave valuables in car that you don’t want stolen!

Also consider warning devices, and parking in well lit, high

traffic areas.
